The amount of the deposit shall be deducted from the price of the property upon signing of the preliminary contract between the parties . The reservation of an apartment provides 21-day period, within which the customer can visit SUNNY HOUSE, to make a view and to prepare the documents, necessary for signing of the preliminary contract . Within the 21- day term , we cannot offer or sell the apartment to a third party. In case that happens, the company assumes the obligation to compensate the customer , by paying him the amount of the deposit in double . Off-plan purchase 30% upon signing of the Preliminary contract 30% upon completion of the rough building - Act 14 30% ( puttying and rendering) - Act 15 10 % - upon title transfer of the apartment Purchase at rough building 60% from the price of the apartment shall be paid upon signing of the Preliminary contract . In the title deed shall be specified the type of installments and the term in which the customer assumes the obligation to pay the remaining 40% of the amount . Regardless of the stage of completion , at which the customer buys the apartment, he shall also due the taxes and state fees provided by law. Purchase of finished apartment Upon purchase of a finished apartment , the customer normally pays in one installment the full amount of the price . Independent payment schedules are possible. As a security , prior to proceed to signing of the preliminary contract , we advise you to refer to a legal consultant, who shall do the necessary researches. After your lawyer is satisfied with the terms of the deal, a contract for sale-purchase shall be prepared and a schedule for the current payments shall be offered to you .
